1. 取得する情報1. Information we collect

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、氏名、ユーザー名、（任意で）電話番号。Account: email address, name, username, and (optionally) phone number.
• レシート画像と抽出データ：撮影されたレシートの画像、および読み取られた店舗名・金額・品目・日付などの情報。Receipt images & extracted data: the receipt photos you capture, and the shop, amounts, items and dates read from them.
• 端末・利用情報：端末識別子、匿名の利用状況（機能の利用回数など。個人を特定しません）。Device & usage: a device identifier and anonymous usage events (e.g. feature counts; not personally identifying).

2. 利用目的2. Purposes of use

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の達成に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。目的外の利用は行いません。We use your personal information only as needed for the purposes below, and never beyond them.

• レシートの読み取り、家計の記録・集計・分析、予算・固定費の管理など、本アプリ機能の提供。Providing the App: reading receipts, recording/aggregating/analysing spending, and budget & fixed-cost management.
• アカウントの登録・認証・管理（メールによる本人確認を含む）。Account registration, authentication and management (including email verification).
• お問い合わせ・サポートへの対応。Responding to enquiries and support.
• 不正利用の防止、および本アプリの品質・機能の改善（匿名の利用状況に基づく分析を含む）。Preventing misuse and improving the App's quality and features (including analysis of anonymous usage).
• 有料プランの提供および決済状況の確認（決済は Apple / Google が処理します）。Providing paid plans and confirming their status (billing is handled by Apple / Google).

3. 第三者への提供・外国への移転3. Third parties & cross-border transfer

レシートの文字を読み取るため、レシート画像をGoogle社のサービス（Gemini API）に送信します。これは外国（米国等）にある第三者への個人データの取り扱いの委託・移転にあたります。利用者は本アプリの利用にあたりこれに同意するものとします。To read the text on your receipts, we send receipt images to Google's service (the Gemini API). This involves entrusting/transferring personal data to a party located overseas (e.g. the United States). By using the App you consent to this.

• Google（Gemini API）：レシート画像の文字認識。Google (Gemini API): receipt text recognition.
• クラウドインフラ事業者：データの保管（レシート画像・データベース）およびサーバー運用。Cloud infrastructure providers: storage (receipt images, database) and server operation.
• メール配信事業者：認証コード等の送信。Email provider: sending verification codes and notices.
• Apple / Google：有料プランの決済処理（当社はカード番号等を保持しません）。Apple / Google: payment processing for paid plans (we never hold your card number).

本アプリの運営者は、日本国外（インド等）から個人データを取り扱う場合があります。国外で取り扱う場合も、本ポリシーおよび適用される法令に従い、適切な安全管理を行います。上記以外に、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人データを第三者に提供することはありません。データを広告目的で販売・提供することは一切ありません。The App's operator may handle personal data from outside Japan (e.g. India). In such cases we continue to apply appropriate safeguards in line with this policy and applicable law. Except as required by law, we do not provide your personal data to any other third party without your consent, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.

4. 業務委託4. Outsourcing

本アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、データの保管・処理・メール送信などの業務を外部のサービス提供者に委託することがあります。委託先の選定にあたっては安全管理体制を確認し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。Where needed to operate the App, we may entrust tasks such as storage, processing, and email delivery to external service providers. We vet each provider's safeguards and exercise appropriate supervision.

5. 安全管理措置5. Security measures

当社は、個人データの漏えい・滅失・き損の防止のため、以下の措置を講じます。We take the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data:

• 組織的：取り扱いの責任者を定め、取り扱い状況を確認できる体制を整備。Organisational: a designated person responsible for handling, with oversight of how data is processed.
• 人的：データへのアクセスを必要最小限の担当に限定。Personnel: access limited to the minimum necessary.
• 物理的・技術的：通信はTLSで暗号化。認証情報は端末の安全領域（Keychain / Keystore）に保存。サーバー・保管データへのアクセスは認証と権限で制御。Physical & technical: TLS-encrypted traffic; credentials held in the device secure store (Keychain / Keystore); server and stored-data access controlled by authentication and permissions.

6. Cookie・ログ・アクセス解析6. Cookies, logs & analytics

本ウェブサイトは、表示言語などの設定を利用者のブラウザ内（ローカルストレージ）に保存します。これは利便性のためのもので、広告目的の第三者Cookieは使用していません。本アプリは、機能改善のために個人を特定しない匿名の利用状況を記録することがあります。This website stores your settings (such as language) locally in your browser for convenience; we do not use third-party advertising cookies. The App may record anonymous, non-identifying usage to improve features.

7. 保存期間と削除7. Retention & deletion

データはアカウントが存続する間保存されます。アプリ内の「データをダウンロード」で保有データの開示を、「アカウントを削除」でデータの完全な削除を、いつでも行えます。削除時はデータベースの記録と保存画像を消去します（法令により保存が必要な記録を除きます）。We keep your data while your account exists. In the App you can request disclosure at any time ("Download my data") and permanent deletion ("Delete account"), which erases your database records and stored images (except records we must retain by law).

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求8. Your rights & how to request

保有個人データの開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口までメールでご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に基づき合理的な期間内に対応します。原則として手数料はいただきません。To request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your data, email the contact below. After verifying your identity, we respond within a reasonable period as required by law, ordinarily at no charge.
