We do not guarantee the accuracy of the reading results — please verify them yourself. The App does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
利用者は、正確な情報を登録し、認証情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用が判明した場合は速やかにご連絡ください。You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
本アプリには無料プランと有料（プレミアム）プランがあります。有料プランは Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて購入され、課金・更新・解約は各ストアの規約に従います。招待コードによる無償提供を行う場合があります。The App offers a free plan and a paid (Premium) plan. Paid plans are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal and cancellation follow each store's terms. We may also grant access via invitation codes.
自動更新型サブスクリプションの場合、更新の停止は各ストアの設定から行えます。返金は各ストアのポリシーに従います。For auto-renewing subscriptions, you can turn off renewal in your store settings. Refunds follow each store's policy.
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。読み取り結果や集計の正確性、特定目的への適合性について保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy of receipt reading or analytics or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
利用者はいつでもアカウントを削除できます。規約違反があった場合、当社は事前の通知なく利用を停止することがあります。You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access without notice in case of a breach of these Terms.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更は通知します。We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced.
